A 30% deposit via Interac e-Transfer secures your date; your slot is held for 24 hours until it arrives. The deposit is non-refundable and credited toward your package total. The balance is due in full before the session begins. 需付套餐总价 30% 订金(Interac e-Transfer)以锁定档期,提交后档期保留 24 小时至订金到账。订金不予退还,将抵扣套餐总价;余款须于拍摄开始前全额付清。
One free reschedule with 7+ days' written notice. Less than 7 days' notice, or a second reschedule, incurs a $150 rebooking fee. Cancellation forfeits the deposit; cancelling within 72 hours of the session also incurs 50% of the remaining balance. 提前 7 天以上书面通知可免费改期一次;不足 7 天或第二次改期收取 $150 改期费。取消预约订金不退;拍摄前 72 小时内取消另需支付剩余余款的 50%。
For location sessions we assess conditions 24 hours before. If we judge them unsafe or unworkable (heavy rain, wind warnings, wildfire smoke, road closures), we reschedule free and your deposit transfers in full. Light rain or overcast skies are often ideal for our aesthetic and aren't grounds for cancellation. 外景拍摄前 24 小时由工作室评估天气。若判定不安全或不可拍(暴雨、大风预警、山火烟霾、公路封闭),免费改期且订金全额顺延。小雨或阴天往往更适合我们的影像风格,不构成取消理由。
Proofing gallery within 7 days; final retouched images within 21 days of your selection. Images remain the Studio's copyright; you receive a personal, non-commercial print and share licence. RAW/unretouched files are not provided. 选片相册 7 天内交付,精修成片于选片后 21 天内交付。影像版权归工作室所有,客户获个人非商用打印与分享授权;不提供 RAW 及未修原片。
Semi-permanent services require a health questionnaire, patch test and informed-consent form beforehand, per BC health guidelines. Healed results vary with skin type and aftercare, and colour retention can't be guaranteed. A touch-up at 6–8 weeks is included in the Ultimate Glam Icon tier. 半永久须在操作前完成健康问卷、皮肤测试与知情同意书,遵循 BC 省卫生规范。最终留色因肤质与护理而异,不对显色程度作保证。终极典藏档含 6–8 周补色一次。
