退改规则Reschedule Policy
如需改期需提前 48 小时通知。若不足 48 小时取消或无故缺席（No-show），$50 CAD 体验金不予退还，作为摄影师档期损失补偿。 Reschedule requires 48 hours' notice. Cancelling or no-show inside 48 hours forfeits the $50 CAD as compensation for the reserved slot.
未选购处理：拍完后提供带 Proofing 水印的预览图。若最终未选购任何套餐，$50 CAD 仅作为基础拍摄与场地占用费，不交付任何照片文件（包含未修底片与精修片）；同时客户授权工作室保留该场拍摄作品的宣传使用权（详见客户协议第 3 条）。 If you decide not to purchase a package after viewing your watermarked Proofing preview, the $50 CAD covers photography and studio use only — no photo files, raw or retouched, are delivered. The Client also grants the Studio the right to use images from this session for promotional purposes (see clause 3 of the Terms & Conditions).
双人/多人拍摄说明（Additional Subject Fee）：本套餐默认 1 人拍摄服务。增加人数（情侣、闺蜜、亲子）加收 +$50 CAD/人 拍摄与引导费（含姿势引导与双人后期修饰成本）。增加人数不增加套餐内精修张数；单场最多限 3 人，4 人及以上全家福/团体照请私信定制报价。 Sessions default to 1 person. Adding guests (couples, friends, family) is +$50 CAD/person for posing guidance and extra retouching work — up to 3 people per session; the number of retouched images stays the same. For 4+ people, please message us for a custom group quote.
化妆师跟妆跟发（Styling Add-on）：加购 +$100 CAD，全程配备专业化妆师跟随，负责妆容与发型的持续调整与补妆。 Add a professional makeup artist for the entire session — continuous touch-ups to your makeup and hairstyle throughout, +$100 CAD.

1. 预约与退改Cancellation Policy
预约需支付 $50 CAD 体验金以锁定档期。如需改期请提前 48 小时通知；若距离拍摄不足 48 小时临时取消或无故缺席（No-show），体验金不予退还，作为摄影师档期损失补偿。 Booking requires a $50 CAD Creative Session Fee to hold your date. Reschedule requests need 48 hours' notice; cancelling or no-show inside 48 hours forfeits the fee as compensation for the reserved slot.
2. 版权与使用许可Copyright & Personal Use License
根据《加拿大著作权法》（Canada Copyright Act），本摄影作品之著作权归本工作室所有。交付给客户的照片仅授予「个人非商业用途使用许可（Personal Non-Commercial Use License）」，包含社交媒体个人账号发布、私人打印及留存。未经工作室书面许可，客户不得将作品用于商业广告、转售或第三方商业营销。 Under the Canada Copyright Act, copyright in all photographs remains with the Studio. Delivered images are licensed to the client for personal, non-commercial use only — including posting on personal social accounts, private printing, and personal keeping. Commercial advertising, resale, or third-party commercial marketing use requires the Studio's written permission.
3. 肖像宣发与套餐买断条款Model Release & Privacy Policy · BC Privacy Act
宣发授权：本预约默认包含肖像宣发授权（Model Release）。签署本协议（含在线勾选电子签署）即代表客户同意并授权工作室将本场拍摄作品——包括仅支付 $50 体验金未选购套餐、及购买 $99 套餐之情形——用于工作室官方渠道（包括但不限于 Instagram、小红书、官方网站及店内作品集）之宣发展示。此条款在客户支付 $50 体验金并完成书面或在线电子签署（勾选同意）时即构成 BC 省《隐私法》（BC Privacy Act）下之合法有效知情同意（Informed Written Consent）。
隐私买断：若客户在选片环节选购 $299 尊享买断套餐或 $899 旗舰全能套餐，上述宣发授权将自动失效，工作室将严格履行独家保密承诺（Strict Non-Disclosure），绝不公开发布或向任何第三方披露客户之肖像与照片。
Model Release: This booking includes a standard Model Release by default. By signing this agreement — including electronically, by checking the agreement box online — the Client grants the Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to use images from this session — including sessions where the Client pays only the $50 Creative Session Fee without purchasing a package, or purchases the $99 Package — across official promotional channels (including but not limited to Instagram, Xiaohongshu, official website, and in-studio portfolio). Paying the $50 fee and completing a written or electronic signature (checkbox agreement) constitutes valid Informed Written Consent under the BC Privacy Act.
Privacy Buyout: If the Client upgrades to the $299 or $899 Package, this Model Release automatically terminates. The Studio enforces a strict Non-Disclosure Policy and will not publish or disclose any images or likeness from the session to any third party without explicit written consent.
4. 选片与数字资产交付Proofing & Digital Asset Delivery
未付费买断之选片样张带有 PROOF 水印，属于未经授权之预览资产，客户不得进行截图、录屏、翻拍或公开发布。本店仅交付校色后之 JPEG 格式电子文件，不提供 RAW 格式原始文件。 Unpurchased proof samples carry a PROOF watermark and are unauthorized preview assets only — clients may not screenshot, screen-record, reproduce, or publish them. The Studio delivers only colour-corrected JPEG files; RAW source files are not provided.
5. $899 旗舰套餐无忧保障Flagship 100% Guarantee
购买 $899 旗舰套餐之客户，在看完 Proofing 试看样图后、进行精修选片之前，若对拍摄整体效果不满意，可向工作室申请无忧退款。工作室将退还客户已付费用中之 $799 CAD（扣除之 $100 CAD 作为 5 小时基础场地与摄影师工时补偿）。触发退款后，工作室销毁本场所有电子资产，不交付任何照片及实体相框，客户亦不得截图或公开使用试看样图。 Clients on the $899 Flagship package may request a no-questions refund after viewing their watermarked Proofing gallery and before selecting final images. The Studio refunds $799 CAD of what's been paid (the remaining $100 CAD covers the 5-hour location and photographer time). Once triggered, the Studio deletes all digital assets from the session — no photos or framed prints are delivered, and proofing samples may not be screenshotted or published.
6. 电子签署与同意效力Electronic Signature & Consent
根据《不列颠哥伦比亚省电子交易法》（Electronic Transactions Act, SBC 2001, c.10）及加拿大《个人信息保护和电子文件法》（PIPEDA），电子记录与电子签署与纸质文件及亲笔签名具有同等法律效力。客户在预约表单中勾选「我已阅读并同意」复选框，即视为客户已阅读、理解并自愿同意本协议自第 1 条至第 10 条之全部条款，该勾选行为构成客户之电子签署（Electronic Signature），并与客户手写签名具有同等约束力，客户不得以未亲笔签名为由否认本协议之效力。 Under British Columbia's Electronic Transactions Act (SBC 2001, c.10) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), electronic records and electronic signatures carry the same legal force as paper documents and handwritten signatures. By checking the "I have read and agree" box on the booking form, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to every clause of this Agreement (Clauses 1 through 10). That checkbox action constitutes the Client's Electronic Signature and is binding to the same extent as a handwritten signature; the Client may not later dispute the Agreement's validity solely on the basis that it was not signed on paper.
7. 责任限制与不可抗力Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
如因天气、场地方限制、设备故障、疾病、意外事故或其他工作室无法合理控制之事由（不可抗力）导致拍摄无法如期进行，工作室将优先为客户免费改期；若双方无法就改期达成一致，工作室将全额退还客户已支付之费用，客户不得就此要求任何额外赔偿。除退还已付费用外，工作室对因本次拍摄服务产生之任何间接、附带或衍生损失（包括但不限于误工损失、精神损害）不承担责任，工作室之最高赔偿责任以客户已实际支付之费用总额为限。 If a session cannot proceed as scheduled due to weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, illness, accident, or other cause reasonably beyond the Studio's control (force majeure), the Studio will first offer to reschedule at no charge. If rescheduling cannot be arranged, the Studio will refund the fees the Client has paid; the Client is not entitled to any further compensation. Aside from refunding fees paid, the Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from this session (including lost wages or emotional distress), and the Studio's maximum liability in any circumstance is capped at the total amount the Client has actually paid.
8. 未成年客户Minors
若拍摄对象为未满 19 周岁之未成年人，本协议须由其父母或法定监护人代为阅读并完成电子签署，方为有效；工作室有权在预约确认前要求提供监护人身份证明。 If the subject of the session is a minor (under 19 in British Columbia), this Agreement must be read and electronically signed by a parent or legal guardian on the minor's behalf for it to be valid. The Studio may request proof of guardianship before confirming the booking.
9. 适用法律与管辖Governing Law & Jurisdiction
本协议受加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省法律管辖并据其解释，双方同意因本协议引起或与之相关之任何争议，由 BC 省温哥华市有管辖权之法院专属管辖。 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Both parties agree that any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
10. 完整协议与可分割性Entire Agreement & Severability
本协议（含第 1 条至第 10 条）构成双方就本次拍摄服务达成之完整协议，取代此前双方就同一事项达成之口头或书面约定。若本协议任一条款被有管辖权之法院裁定为无效或不可执行，该条款将被裁减至法律允许之最小范围，其余条款仍具完整效力，不受影响。 This Agreement (Clauses 1 through 10) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding this session and supersedes any prior oral or written understandings on the same subject. If any clause of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that clause will be limited to the minimum extent required by law, and the remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect.
