The $99 and $299 packages require a $50 CAD booking deposit; the $899 Flagship requires $100 CAD. Deposits are fully credited toward the selected package. With the $299 package, review the complete watermarked Proof gallery first; if you are not satisfied and do not continue, the remaining $249 is not due and no watermark-free files are delivered. The $899 assurance retains $100 and refunds or waives the remaining $799 before any watermark-free delivery.

For location sessions we assess conditions 24 hours before. If there's any rain — light or heavy — along with wind warnings, wildfire smoke, or road closures, we reschedule free of charge.

All images remain the Studio's copyright. You receive full personal, non-commercial use of your purchased retouched images / negatives — including social media posting, private printing, and personal keeping. Commercial use or resale requires written permission.
For a $99 session, including when only the $50 booking deposit is paid and the client does not continue with a purchase, the Studio retains the right to feature images on official channels under the signed Model Release. Selecting the $299 Ultimate Buyout or $899 Flagship automatically ends this Model Release — the Studio strictly upholds exclusive privacy and will never publish your images without written consent.

Unpurchased proof samples carry a PROOF watermark and may not be reproduced, screenshotted, or published without authorization. Final retouched electronic files are delivered within 7 business days of your selection ($99 package) or 5 business days ($299 Ultimate Buyout and $899 Flagship). Physical items such as framed prints require an additional 7 business days to produce.

1. 预约与退改Cancellation Policy

2. 版权与使用许可Copyright & Personal Use License
根据《加拿大著作权法》（Canada Copyright Act），本摄影作品之著作权归本工作室所有。交付给客户的照片仅授予「个人非商业用途使用许可（Personal Non-Commercial Use License）」，包含社交媒体个人账号发布、私人打印及留存。未经工作室书面许可，客户不得将作品用于商业广告、转售或第三方商业营销。 Under the Canada Copyright Act, copyright in all photographs remains with the Studio. Delivered images are licensed to the client for personal, non-commercial use only — including posting on personal social accounts, private printing, and personal keeping. Commercial advertising, resale, or third-party commercial marketing use requires the Studio's written permission.
3. 肖像宣发与套餐买断条款Model Release & Privacy Policy · BC Privacy Act
宣发授权：本预约默认包含肖像宣发授权（Model Release）。签署本协议（含在线勾选电子签署）即代表客户同意并授权工作室将本场拍摄作品——包括选择 $99 套餐后仅支付 $50 预约定金而未继续购买之情形——用于工作室官方渠道（包括但不限于 Instagram、小红书、官方网站及店内作品集）之宣发展示。客户选择 $99 套餐并完成书面或在线电子签署（勾选同意）时，即构成 BC 省《隐私法》（BC Privacy Act）下之合法有效知情同意（Informed Written Consent）。
隐私买断：若客户在选片环节选购 $299 尊享买断套餐或 $899 旗舰全能套餐，上述宣发授权将自动失效，工作室将严格履行独家保密承诺（Strict Non-Disclosure），绝不公开发布或向任何第三方披露客户之肖像与照片。
Model Release: This booking includes a standard Model Release by default. By signing this agreement — including electronically, by checking the agreement box online — the Client grants the Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to use images from a $99 session, including when the Client pays only the $50 booking deposit and does not continue with a purchase, across official promotional channels (including but not limited to Instagram, Xiaohongshu, official website, and in-studio portfolio). Selecting the $99 Package and completing a written or electronic signature constitutes valid Informed Written Consent under the BC Privacy Act.
Privacy Buyout: If the Client upgrades to the $299 or $899 Package, this Model Release automatically terminates. The Studio enforces a strict Non-Disclosure Policy and will not publish or disclose any images or likeness from the session to any third party without explicit written consent.
4. 选片与数字资产交付Proofing & Digital Asset Delivery
未付费买断之选片样张带有 PROOF 水印，属于未经授权之预览资产，客户不得进行截图、录屏、翻拍或公开发布。本店仅交付校色后之 JPEG 格式电子文件，不提供 RAW 格式原始文件。 Unpurchased proof samples carry a PROOF watermark and are unauthorized preview assets only — clients may not screenshot, screen-record, reproduce, or publish them. The Studio delivers only colour-corrected JPEG files; RAW source files are not provided.
5. 水印预览与满意保障Proofing & Satisfaction Assurance
$299 尊享套餐：客户先支付 $50 CAD 预约定金，并在拍摄后查看带 Proof 水印的完整预览。若客户对整体效果不满意并决定不继续购买，剩余 $249 CAD 无需支付，工作室不交付任何无水印底片、精修或实体产品；$50 CAD 用于已完成的拍摄执行与预览整理。
$899 旗舰套餐：客户查看带 Proof 水印的预览后、任何无水印文件交付前，若对整体效果不满意，可申请满意保障。如已支付全款，工作室退还 $799 CAD；如尾款尚未支付，剩余 $799 CAD 无需支付。$100 CAD 用于已完成的前期策划、团队档期、上门妆造、接送及拍摄执行。
保障结束：一旦工作室交付任何无水印底片或精修成片，即视为客户确认接受本次拍摄成果，满意保障期结束，套餐费用不再退款。触发保障后，不交付任何照片或实体产品，客户不得截图、录屏、翻拍或公开使用水印预览。
$299 Ultimate Buyout: The Client pays a $50 CAD booking deposit and reviews the complete watermarked Proof gallery after the session. If the Client is not satisfied and chooses not to continue, the remaining $249 CAD is not due. No watermark-free negatives, retouched images or physical products are delivered; the $50 CAD covers the completed session and proof preparation.
$899 Flagship: After reviewing the watermarked Proof gallery and before any watermark-free delivery, dissatisfaction qualifies for the Satisfaction Assurance. If paid in full, the Studio refunds $799 CAD; if the balance has not been paid, the remaining $799 CAD is waived. The $100 CAD covers completed planning, reserved team time, at-home beauty, transportation and photography.
End of assurance: Delivery of any watermark-free negative or retouched image confirms acceptance of the session and ends the assurance period; package fees then become non-refundable. If the assurance is used, no photographs or physical products are delivered, and watermarked proofs may not be captured, reproduced or published.
6. 电子签署与同意效力Electronic Signature & Consent
客户须阅读完整条款、勾选同意，并输入与姓名一致的电子签署后提交。工作室将保存客户姓名、邮箱、所选套餐、意向日期、协议版本、协议校验值、服务器签署时间及唯一记录编号，用于预约管理、服务履约及争议记录。提交前，客户应保存或截图完整协议。 The Client must read the full terms, check their consent, type an electronic signature matching their name, and submit the agreement. The Studio records the Client's name, email, selected package, intended date, agreement version, agreement checksum, server timestamp and unique receipt number for booking administration, service delivery and dispute records. The Client should save a copy of the complete agreement before submitting.
7. 责任限制与不可抗力Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
如因天气、场地方限制、设备故障、疾病、意外事故或其他工作室无法合理控制之事由（不可抗力）导致拍摄无法如期进行，工作室将优先为客户免费改期；若双方无法就改期达成一致，工作室将全额退还客户已支付之费用，客户不得就此要求任何额外赔偿。除退还已付费用外，工作室对因本次拍摄服务产生之任何间接、附带或衍生损失（包括但不限于误工损失、精神损害）不承担责任，工作室之最高赔偿责任以客户已实际支付之费用总额为限。 If a session cannot proceed as scheduled due to weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, illness, accident, or other cause reasonably beyond the Studio's control (force majeure), the Studio will first offer to reschedule at no charge. If rescheduling cannot be arranged, the Studio will refund the fees the Client has paid; the Client is not entitled to any further compensation. Aside from refunding fees paid, the Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from this session (including lost wages or emotional distress), and the Studio's maximum liability in any circumstance is capped at the total amount the Client has actually paid.
8. 未成年客户Minors
若拍摄对象为未满 19 周岁之未成年人，本协议须由其父母或法定监护人代为阅读并完成电子签署，方为有效；工作室有权在预约确认前要求提供监护人身份证明。 If the subject of the session is a minor (under 19 in British Columbia), this Agreement must be read and electronically signed by a parent or legal guardian on the minor's behalf for it to be valid. The Studio may request proof of guardianship before confirming the booking.
9. 适用法律与管辖Governing Law & Jurisdiction
本协议受加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省法律管辖并据其解释，双方同意因本协议引起或与之相关之任何争议，由 BC 省温哥华市有管辖权之法院专属管辖。 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Both parties agree that any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
10. 完整协议与可分割性Entire Agreement & Severability
本协议（含第 1 条至第 10 条）构成双方就本次拍摄服务达成之完整协议，取代此前双方就同一事项达成之口头或书面约定。若本协议任一条款被有管辖权之法院裁定为无效或不可执行，该条款将被裁减至法律允许之最小范围，其余条款仍具完整效力，不受影响。 This Agreement (Clauses 1 through 10) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding this session and supersedes any prior oral or written understandings on the same subject. If any clause of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that clause will be limited to the minimum extent required by law, and the remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect.
