照片与账户隐私Photo and account privacy
My Aria 通过经验证的邮箱登录，并关联你已有的 Aria 客户档案。它显示已正式交付的精修照片与只读 Rewards 信息，不会自动创建新的客户或余额。My Aria uses verified email to link your existing Aria client record. It displays final delivered photographs and read-only Rewards information, without creating a new customer or balance.
照片只向经过登录与归属核验的客户显示。Aria 管理员可为交付和客户支持访问照片；托管和登录邮件由 Cloudflare 和 Resend 提供。我们采取访问控制等合理保护措施，安全并非绝对保证。Photos are available to authenticated clients after ownership checks. Aria administrators can access photos for delivery and support; Cloudflare provides hosting and Resend provides sign-in email. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, without an absolute security guarantee.
高清下载使用隐私清理副本，移除 GPS 等不必要信息；历史已交付文件不会因此改变。宣传或作品展示仍需另行取得独立、自愿、明确的授权。Full-resolution downloads use privacy-clean copies with GPS and unnecessary metadata removed. Previously delivered files are unchanged. Promotional or portfolio use still requires separate, voluntary, explicit permission.
已交付照片可在 My Aria 中查看和下载，目前不设自动到期删除。照片托管及可用性以 Aria 当前服务政策为准，不保证永久存档；请保留自己下载的最终照片副本。Delivered photos may be viewed and downloaded in My Aria, with no automatic expiry deletion currently scheduled. Hosting and availability follow Aria’s current service policy without guaranteed permanent archival storage. Please keep your own downloaded final copies.
如需访问、导出、更正或删除账户／照片，请联系 hello@ariasunstudio.com。Aria 会先核验身份、确认范围，必要时先暂停访问或归档，再人工处理。照片、登录身份和依法或业务需要保留的交易／审计记录会分别审查；删除不会自动连带抹去 Rewards 或付款历史。For access, export, correction or deletion of your account or photos, contact hello@ariasunstudio.com. Aria first verifies identity and scope, and may suspend access or archive pending review. Photos, login identity and transaction/audit records requiring retention are reviewed separately; deletion does not automatically erase Rewards or payment history.
