If you decline a collection after the agreed session and proofs are completed, C$50 covers those services, with no collection balance or unwatermarked files. Agreed extras remain separate; Studio failures and statutory rights remain protected.

One subject is standard; up to three by agreement at C$50 per additional subject, without increasing retouches. Makeup and hair scope and fees are confirmed before booking.
Professional hair and makeup can be added for C$100 for one complete look; confirm the scope before booking. Wardrobe, accessories and coloured contacts are client-supplied.
Proofs, delivery & revisions
Watermarked proofs within 5 business days of shooting. Retouches within 7 business days after complete selections, due payment and editing instructions.
Eligible JPEGs are curated, colour-finished photographs, excluding tests, technical failures, meaningless duplicates and RAW files. They are not all individually retouched. Minimum quantities are specified in your booking schedule.
One consolidated preference-revision round is included: send feedback within 7 calendar days of retouched delivery. Studio errors are corrected free without using that round.
Additional retouches & taxes
Additional standard retouches: C$40 each with Selected Collection, or C$20 each with Full Collection. Complex work requires a separate agreed scope.
Base prices are in CAD. Applicable taxes, beauty services, additional people, parking and venue extras are itemized before booking. Bring your own wardrobe.
Your photographs remain private
Every package is private by default. Publicity requires separate, voluntary, explicit permission. Declining does not raise the package price or reduce purchased delivery.
