Every session includes considered beauty and wardrobe direction. The $99/$299 tiers offer optional makeup and hair services, with scope and price confirmed at booking. The C$899 Aria Day includes Lulu and Aria, dual-camera coverage, touch-ups and private transport for up to 8 hours. Initial makeup and hair scope are confirmed separately; transportation scope is specified in the booking schedule. Wardrobe, accessories and coloured contacts are supplied by the client.

Before the session

Session day

After shooting: portraits within 5 business days; photo days within 7

Files: C$99 includes 3 retouched JPEGs; C$299 includes 10 retouched JPEGs and the full eligible JPEG set. Eligible JPEGs are selected session images, with blinks and blurry shots removed and exposure/colour finishing applied. RAW files are not included.

Every package is private by default; publicity requires separate voluntary permission. The Studio retains copyright; paid image charges include personal use under the agreement.

Portraits include one subject, up to three by agreement at C$50 per additional subject without extra retouches. Photo days normally include up to two clients; extra participants are confirmed beforehand. Deposits are $50 CAD for the $99/$299 collections and $100 CAD for the $899 The Aria Day, fully credited. Optional portrait makeup and hair services, including scope and price, are confirmed at booking. The Aria Day includes touch-ups; initial makeup and hair scope are specified separately.

How far ahead should I book?

For Fall 2026, SFU convocation falls on October 8-9 (book between September 8 and October 5) and UBC graduation on November 25-27 (book between October 26 and November 22). Weekend and golden-hour slots fill first, and campuses are busiest on ceremony days themselves.

Do I need to bring my own gown and cap?

需要你自备。多数学校只在毕业典礼前后一段时间提供租借，所以很多同学会约在已经拿到袍子的那几天。记得带上学士帽、流苏、垂布以及院系绶带，另外准备一套便装用于后半场。 Yes, please bring your own regalia. Most schools rent gowns only around convocation, so many students shoot on a day they already have it. Bring the cap, tassel, hood and any cords or stoles, plus one non-gown outfit for the second half.

Can friends or family join?

What happens if it rains?

临近拍摄时共同评估天气、空气质量、路况与场地限制。如不安全或无法完成明确约定的重要服务，优先免费改期或协商替代。仅阴天且仍可正常履约，不自动取消。无法合理改期时，按协议退还未提供部分的款项。 We assess weather, air quality, roads and location restrictions near the session. Unsafe conditions or inability to provide agreed essential services mean a free reschedule or agreed alternative. Cloud alone does not cancel a session that can proceed. If reasonable rescheduling is unavailable, unprovided services are refunded under the agreement.

Will my photographs be published?

所有套餐默认不公开。签署服务协议、付款、选择 C$99 或不购买照片，均不构成宣传授权。宣传使用必须取得每位相关被摄者独立、自愿、明确的授权，确认具体素材、用途及期限；拒绝或撤回授权不增加套餐价格、不减少已购交付。Every package is private by default. Signing, paying, choosing C$99 or declining images does not authorize publicity. Publicity requires each relevant subject’s separate, voluntary, explicit permission for identified material, purposes and period. Declining or withdrawing permission does not increase package prices or reduce purchased delivery.
