Every new booking, including a complimentary redemption, requires a booking deposit: C$50 for Portrait or C$100 for The Aria Day. Credit cannot pay it. After a complimentary session is successfully completed, the Studio manually reimburses the same amount by Interac e-Transfer to the email or phone confirmed with you. This is not a reversal of the original transfer or a Credit award. Receiving or returning the deposit earns no points. Cancellations and no-shows follow the normal booking deposit policy, with no automatic reimbursement. Contact the Studio to verify points and arrange a complimentary booking; the standard calendar does not redeem points automatically.

Redeem 1,200 points → enjoy a complimentary C$299 Portrait → earn 400 after completion. Redeem 3,000 → enjoy The Aria Day → earn 1,200 after completion. Reward sessions continue earning their regular package Points after completion, with verified qualifying social bonuses also available.

How Points are earned.

After photography and payment are completed, with no cancellation, refund or chargeback, pending points become available.

The C$50 booking payment earns no points; C$99 earns no package points but is eligible for qualifying social bonuses and the one-time Private Feedback +100.

For qualifying completed and verified sessions, including the C$99 Collection and complimentary reward sessions, once per channel per session.

Reward content must be authentic, public and viewable by Aria, not Only Me, private or hidden. If content is later deleted, hidden or no longer verifiable, an administrator may reverse only the corresponding social bonus; package points, unrelated points and referral rewards remain.

Private Feedback · +100 Aria Points, once per customer. After your session, submit feedback through your existing private conversation with the Studio. Points are awarded after verification. C$99 and complimentary reward sessions are also eligible; positive feedback is not required.

A Google Review is a separate, optional choice and does not earn Aria Rewards. Posting, changing or deleting a review does not affect earning, keeping or redeeming Private Feedback Points. Private feedback is never automatically published, copied or pre-filled on Google.

Choose the specific reward you want; the highest tier is never selected automatically. Aria Credit applies to the remaining eligible service balance and cannot be used toward booking deposits or reservation fees. Credit can be used in part, with the remainder retained. Points and Credit are not cash and cannot be transferred, cashed out or refunded as cash.

Points follow the final package, not the cash-paid percentage.

Available Points let you choose a reward. Credit is a balance usable in part toward eligible services, not cash. Redemption does not reduce Lifetime Points earned. Lifetime Points currently support internal customer analysis and do not automatically grant discounts or benefits. Points and Credit cannot be transferred, cashed out or refunded as cash.

Clients with an Aria account can view photos, Points, Credit and history in My Aria. Contact the Studio for redemption, Credit eligibility, minimum spend, expiry and offer stacking. This page does not automatically apply Credit or schedule a complimentary session.

Incomplete, cancelled, refunded or charged-back bookings do not unlock pending rewards. Issued rewards require a verified, recorded reversal. A cancelled complimentary session requires an administrator to review the points under existing policy; points are not automatically restored or forfeited. Existing service and refund policies remain in effect.
