Portraits begin with C$50 at booking. After watermarked proofs, optionally select C$99/C$299, with C$49/C$249 remaining. The C$499 Private Photo Day includes one photographer and driver, private transport and up to 8 hours. Its C$100 deposit credits the total; C$399 is due before the outing ends. Agreed overtime is C$40/hour, prorated by actual minutes. The C$899 Aria Day includes Lulu and Aria, dual-camera coverage, touch-ups, private transport and up to 8 hours. The C$100 deposit credits the total; C$799 is due before the outing ends. Agreed overtime is C$65/hour, prorated by actual minutes. Plan before the shoot, communicate on the day and refine after delivery. One consolidated preference-revision round is included. Studio errors are corrected free without using that round. Subjective aesthetic dissatisfaction alone does not automatically trigger a refund, waived balance or free reshoot. Studio performance failures or material delivery problems receive timely communication and appropriate remedies.

Contact us promptly about changes. Portrait cancellations follow the 48-hour and actual net-loss rules. Photo days use 7-day/72-hour tiers; 25%/50% are substantiated net-loss ceilings, not automatic charges. Booking payments credit lawful amounts due. Statutory rights remain protected; see section 9.

Portraits include one subject; by agreement, up to three at C$50 per extra subject without increasing retouches. Photo days normally include up to two clients; seats, luggage and extra participants are confirmed in advance.

We review weather, air quality, roads and venue limits near the session. Unsafe conditions or inability to provide essential agreed services lead to free rescheduling or a mutually agreed alternative. Overcast conditions alone do not cancel a viable session. If reasonable rescheduling is unavailable, unperformed services are refunded under the agreement.

The Studio retains copyright; purchased photographs include personal use. Every package is private by default. Signing, paying, choosing C$99 or declining images does not authorize publicity. Publicity requires each relevant subject’s separate, voluntary, explicit permission for identified material, purposes and period. Declining or withdrawing permission does not increase package prices or reduce purchased delivery.

Portrait proofs are provided within 5 business days; photo-day proofs within 7, with eligible JPEGs if paid. After complete selections, due payment and clear editing instructions, portrait retouches are due within 7 business days and photo-day retouches within 10. Actual supply dates are recorded in the booking schedule.

Based in Greater Vancouver — all sessions are on location (parks, gardens and scenic spots around the city). The exact meeting point is shared once your booking is confirmed.

Yes — as a Vancouver-based portrait photographer, I regularly shoot on location across the entire Greater Vancouver area, including Coquitlam, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster and North Vancouver. Let me know your preferred neighbourhood when you book.

Most clients book 1–3 weeks ahead — earlier during spring and fall when outdoor light and blooms are best. Weekend slots go first, so if you have a specific date in mind, check dates early through the booking section above.
