Photographs & publicity

Photographs are used for the agreed session, selection, editing and delivery. Portfolio or promotional use requires separate, voluntary, explicit permission; booking, signing or paying does not automatically grant it.

Website & booking information

The site remembers your language and temporary booking progress. Advertising-source parameters may be stored in your browser and recorded with a service agreement to distinguish enquiry sources from confirmed payments. Google Analytics and Google Ads measure public pages and booking steps; payment verification is a separate step.

Date requests use Cal.com. Cloudflare hosts the website and client data, and Resend sends My Aria sign-in emails. These services process the information needed to provide their functions.

My Aria

Client photographs require sign-in and ownership checks. Download files are cleaned of unnecessary private metadata; keep your own final copies. Photographs, accounts, rewards and transaction records have different handling requirements.

Access, correction or deletion

Contact hello@ariasunstudio.com. The Studio verifies identity and scope before handling requests under the existing service terms; deleting photographs does not automatically erase payment or rewards records.
