Portrait 先保留推荐关系：C$50 预约时不定奖励档位。看 preview 后，选择 C$99 则双方各 C$25，选择 C$299 则双方各 C$100。新客户可用于这次 Collection 付款；推荐人须等待完成与核验。For Portrait, keep the referral provisional at the C$50 booking stage. After proofs, C$99 qualifies both people for C$25 each; C$299 for C$100 each. The new client may use Credit on that Collection payment; the referrer waits for completion and verification.

每次新预约（包括免费兑换）都须支付预约款：Portrait C$50、The Aria Day C$100，不可使用 Credit。免费兑换拍摄正常完成后，工作室会向与你确认的 Interac 邮箱或手机号，手动发送同额 e-Transfer 退回预约款；不转为 Credit，预约款收取与退回都不赚积分。取消或未到场按正常预约款政策处理，不自动退回。免费兑换请先联系工作室核验积分并安排预约；普通日历不会自动兑换积分。Every new booking, including a complimentary redemption, requires a booking deposit: C$50 for Portrait or C$100 for The Aria Day. Credit cannot pay it. After a complimentary session is successfully completed, the Studio manually reimburses the same amount by Interac e-Transfer to the email or phone confirmed with you. This is not a reversal of the original transfer or a Credit award. Receiving or returning the deposit earns no points. Cancellations and no-shows follow the normal booking deposit policy, with no automatic reimbursement. Contact the Studio to verify points and arrange a complimentary booking; the standard calendar does not redeem points automatically.

Credit 可以支付预约款吗？Can Credit pay a booking deposit?
不可以。Aria Credit 可用于抵扣符合条件的服务尾款，不可用于支付预约定金或预约款。每次新预约仍需正常支付预约款。Portrait 预约时仍需支付 C$50 预约款。拍摄后若选择 C$99 Collection，剩余 C$49 可使用符合条件的 Aria Credit 抵扣。若有 C$100 Credit，使用 C$49 后仍保留 C$51。Aria Credit applies to the remaining eligible service balance and cannot be used toward booking deposits or reservation fees. Every new booking still requires its normal deposit. A C$50 booking deposit is still required for Portrait. After the session, if the C$99 Collection is selected, the remaining C$49 may be covered with eligible Aria Credit. From a C$100 balance, C$51 Credit remains.
Private Feedback 怎样获得积分？How do Private Feedback Points work?
拍摄完成后，通过现有私聊方式提交符合条件的私密反馈，经工作室核验后，每位客户可获得一次 +100 分。C$99 和免费奖励拍摄也可参与。Google 评价完全自愿，与这次积分的获得、保留和兑换无关；私密反馈不会自动公开或复制到 Google。After a completed session, submit qualifying private feedback through your existing private conversation with the Studio. Once verified, each customer can earn +100 Points once. C$99 and complimentary reward sessions are also eligible. A Google Review is completely optional and does not affect earning, keeping or redeeming these Points. Private feedback is not automatically published or copied to Google.
社交分享怎样获得奖励？How do social rewards work?
符合条件的拍摄（包括 C$99 Collection 和免费奖励拍摄），完成并经工作室核验后，小红书分享与 Instagram Collab 各可获得 100 分。同一次拍摄每个平台只奖励一次。内容必须真实、公开且 Aria 可以查看；Only Me、private 或 hidden 不适用。内容之后删除、隐藏或无法核验，管理员可只冲回对应社交奖励，不影响套餐积分、其他积分或推荐奖励。宣传使用照片仍须另外取得授权。After a qualifying session (including the C$99 Collection and complimentary reward sessions) is completed and verified, a qualifying Xiaohongshu share and Instagram Collab can each earn 100 points, once per channel per session. Content must be authentic, public and viewable by Aria; Only Me, private or hidden content is ineligible. If later deleted, hidden or no longer verifiable, an administrator may reverse only that social bonus, preserving package points, unrelated points and referral rewards. Promotional use of photographs still requires separate authorization.
使用 Credit 会减少套餐积分吗？Does using Credit reduce package points?
不会。积分按最终套餐发放，不按现金付款比例计算。例如 C$299 Portrait 使用 C$100 Credit、先支付 C$50 预约款、再支付 C$149 尾款，完成后仍获得 400 套餐积分；符合条件的付费拍摄仍可核验两项各 100 分的社交奖励。No. Points follow the final package, not the cash-paid percentage. Portrait 推荐 Credit 何时确定？When is Portrait referral credit confirmed?
C$50 预约时先保留推荐关系，不要求提前选 Collection。最终选择 C$99 时双方各符合 C$25 Credit 资格；选择 C$299 时双方各 C$100。新客户可用于第一次符合条件的购买；推荐人须等待拍摄完成、付款和核验。Keep the referral provisional at the C$50 booking stage. 取消、退款或拒付会怎样？What happens after a cancellation, refund or chargeback?
未完成或已取消、退款、拒付的订单不会解锁待发奖励。已发奖励须核验并记录冲回。免费奖励拍摄取消后，由管理员依据现有政策核验积分处理，不自动退回或罚没。Rewards 不改变现有退款与服务政策。Incomplete, cancelled, refunded or charged-back bookings do not unlock pending rewards. Issued rewards require a verified, recorded reversal. A cancelled complimentary session requires an administrator to review the points under existing policy; points are not automatically restored or forfeited. Existing service and refund policies remain in effect.
Points、Credit 与累计积分有何不同？How do Points, Credit and lifetime points differ?
可用 Points 用于选择兑换。Credit 是可分次用于符合条件服务的余额，不是现金。兑换不减少累计获得的 Lifetime Points；累计积分目前仅用于内部客户分析，不自动触发折扣或权益。Points 和 Credit 不可转让、提现或要求现金退款。Available Points let you choose a reward. Contact the Studio for redemption, Credit eligibility, minimum spend, expiry and offer stacking. This page does not automatically apply Credit or schedule a complimentary session.
